Yes. Kasrawy Group is the exclusive AVATR distributor in Egypt and launched the AVATR 11 and AVATR 12 on November 27, 2025. EVLAB follows AVATR's authorized service protocols.

What does the EV battery warranty cover?
Most manufacturers cover the high-voltage battery for 8 years or ~160,000 km, including capacity drops below ~70%. EVLAB issues an OEM-format State-of-Health report usable for warranty claims.
How long does battery diagnostics take?
A full HV battery scan with cell-balancing and thermal-map report takes 2–4 hours at EVLAB.
How do I file a warranty claim if my battery degrades?
Bring your service history and a State-of-Health report to your authorized dealer. EVLAB can produce both — and our reports follow the format manufacturers accept for warranty review.
What home charger should I install in Egypt?
AC home chargers between 7 kW (single-phase) and 22 kW (three-phase) cover most cars. EVLAB checks 3-phase availability, grid stability, and Type 2 connector compliance before installing.
